The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is an official auxiliary of
The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Since 1942, the LWML has focused on
affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women
to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries and to support
global missions.

  The 34th Biennial District Convention takes place June 21-23,
  at the Delta Hotel in Everett, Washington.

  Greetings from District President Carolyn Holbrook!

  Can you feel it? That fresh breath of spring air? Could be that it is also the
  anticipation and excitement of our 34th Biennial District Convention in Everett!   Excitement is building as the convention committee brings final preparations to
  the rapidly approaching convention. Have you experienced a special dinner at
  your church where the ladies have worked for weeks in preparing just the right
  decorations, planned the program, the menu? Now the entrée is in the oven, the
  coffee is brewing, and the guests will soon arrive? Know that feeling? That is
the wonderful anticipation I feel as we are getting close to June 21st. We will join in worship
and praise, grow through our Bible study with Donna Snow, and be touched by our Keynote
Speaker, Kim Wagner. Our hearts will be filled as we listen to our Mites in Action speakers who
will share how our mites have served the Lord in so many ways. Such joy in our fellowship
and service.
